Anatomy is an invaluable tool for creating meaningful sequences for your students and tailoring your home practice to your needs. Join me live online, or on the recording, for my 2hr training and learn the essentials of anatomy through the lens of yoga. This accessible anatomy training focuses on three different key anatomical regions: hips, shoulder & spine. Structured with a layered learning approach designed to optimise the successful retention of this sometimes daunting content.
